What if I need something not on your price list?

Why is design so expensive?

A great logo and brand are what differentiates your business from your competition. Without a logo and brand that aligns with who you are, it will be hard to connect with your ideal clients. We have over 17 years experience in the graphic design space and we will make this process fun and smooth for you.

How do I pay for my design work?

We require a 50% deposit upfront prior to starting work on your project. This ensures we can allocate studio time to concentrate on your work. The remainder of the balance will be due before final art is provided to you/sent to print. Payment can be made by bank deposit.

What is the design process?

After your initial contact via email we will organise a free 15-30 minute phone/Zoom call. We will discuss your brand goals, company background and your design likes and dislikes. We will provide a detailed quote (if you require anything different to one of our packages). If you are happy with the quote, we will send you a deposit invoice and proposed project timeline. After you have paid your deposit we will then provide initial concepts and you can provide feedback via email. We will continue to tweak and refine your design until it is approved. Once everything is approved, finalised and paid for, we will email your final files in various formats for web and print, or we will send directly to the printer.

How long will the design process take?

Each job is different and we will provide an approximate timeline before each job is started. Generally we will provide first drafts within 5-7 business days and revisions within 2-3 business days. If you are on a tight deadline, please let us know during the briefing process and we can tweak timelines to endeavour to meet your deadlines. Some urgent jobs may incur a rush fee.
